The Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) is the representative body for individual recruitment professionals. Founded by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) in 2009, the IRP represents 9,500 individual members, who deliver the UK’s recruitment services. The IRP helps recruiters to demonstrate their commitment to best practice and world-class recruitment standards, as well as providing the best possible services to clients and candidates. All IRP members must abide by the IRP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
