We are pleased to assist our valued client with their recruitment for Stores Team to join their busy team within the Stores department.

Hour of work:-

The shifts will be currently 5 days Monday - Thursday 07.30AM - 16.00PM. Friday 08.00AM - 13.00PM then once qualified will work 4 days on a rota basis Week 1 Monday - Thursday 06:45AM - 16.30PM and Week 2 Tuesday - Friday 06:45AM - 16.30PM.

The stores member is responsible for ensuring that goods received into or sent out from the business are in good condition and correspond with the correct paperwork to ensure accurate stocks/records are held and customer deliveries are dispatched on a right first-time basis.
The stores member is an important link in the company supply chain for maintaining standards of delivery to customers. Customers rely on our accuracy to ensure their production runs efficiently and so our approach to stores activity is focused on making good internal decisions and always promoting accuracy from our team. The job holder is responsible for the efficient management of stocks whether picking orders or locating stock within the warehouse. The position requires on time delivery targets are kept and customer requirements are met. The ability to work under pressure and communicate at all levels is extremely important as is the ability to work as part of a team to enhance our service to customers. The job holder may at times be expected to work a reasonable amount of overtime outside of normal hours in order to meet customer requirements. The job holder must have an enthusiasm for the task in hand and a willingness to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:-
Excellent communication skills to converse with all levels of the business.
Be able to prioritize, organise and manage tasks individually and as part of the wider team.
Must be very well presented and act professionally.
Comfortable working outside in all elements of weather at times.
Good observational skills with a good eye for detail.
Have a great understanding of customer service.
Must have a valid required FLT license.
