We are pleased to assist a longstanding Engineering firm in Coventry for their Quality Engineer.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer who is looking for an involved role and with hands on experience to deliver an exceptional Quality Management outcome.

Main purpose to support the Value Stream Manager and Quality Manager in the day to day running of the quality elements of the value stream, to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained, at optimum costs, in order to enhance both company performance and long-term business development. To take a lead role in the preparation of new business activities within the value streams.

Main Tasks:
Work to and operate within TS16949 system requirements in relation to customer requirements.
Maintain and monitor SPS management system, FMEA, PPAP, support in new plant and equipment commissioning.

Complete Audits in line with TS16949, ISO14000.
Working within guidance within Health & Safety parameters.
Essential:

HND Mechanical/Production Eng./Manufacturing
Ideally Automotive experience.
Min 3 years in Quality Engineers role.
