Location: Nuneaton
Hours: Full Time - 4-day week (Mon-Thu)
Salary: Up to £42,000
Hybrid: 1 day WFH after probation

About the Role

A great opportunity for a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across multiple brands. You'll plan and deliver campaigns, manage social media, create engaging content and support the sales team with materials that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver digital and offline marketing campaigns

Manage social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)

Produce written, graphic and video content

Support the sales team with brochures, emails and presentations

Analyse marketing performance and identify opportunities

Ensure consistent branding and professional communication

About You

Experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications

Strong copywriting and content creation skills

Confident managing multiple projects

Proficient with digital tools and social platforms

Creative, organised and self-motivated

Desirable: experience with Canva, HubSpot or similar
