We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisor for Coventry University Group, a global education group with a mission of Creating Better Futures. Working within the Customer Experience team, you will be the first point of contact for students on Info Points at the University to support the engagement, progression, and retention of students by supporting enquiries and applications.

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be a reassuring voice across all methods of communication for inbound enquiries and outbound engagement with current and future students, taking ownership of each enquiry or issue until resolved. Keeping up to date about the university will be key to resolving queries quickly and accurately, alongside tailoring responses depending on the query and channel of communication.

The ideal Customer Experience Advisor will:
- Be a friendly face & willing to help out students & staff members with their queries (Face to Face / Emails / Webchat)
- Have up to date knowledge of the University in order to signpost queries
- Have good attention to detail & accurately update records using CRM system
- Have the ability to work well in a team

Job Details
- Permanent
- Core shift Monday - Friday , 1 weekend every 2 months
- Due to business needs holiday is limited between the months of August - October
- Coventry University Campus Location across multiple Info Point Desks
