Description:
We are recruiting a team of experienced Customer Service Advisors to join Coventry University on a three-week temporary assignment.
Working within Coventry University's Customer Experience Team you will receive full training through their excellent training and induction programme.
The role:
* Provide excellent customer service via high volume inbound calls.
* Provide assistance to prospective students and returning students with the UCAS system and accepting and making university place offers.
* Make outbound calls to prospective students if call backs are needed.
* Manage all interactions in a professional and efficient manner in line with Coventry University's excellent customer services standards.
* Transfer students to the relevant departments as required.
* Log and track student's requests and enquiries in a courteous, efficient and timely manner via call logging database.
The candidate:
* Experience in a fast paced customer service/call centre role is essential.
* Excellent telephone manner with the ability to listen and fully understand a customer's needs.
* Excellent attention to detail with understanding of data protection.
* Strong IT Skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced customer focused environment
