As a whole thefutureworks recruits for permanent and temporary vacancies across all sectors Accounts and Finance, Administration, Engineering, Legal, IT, Customer Service, Secretarial and Sales and Marketing with clients in Coventry and Warwickshire as well as recruiting for Coventry University.

I am currently recruiting for a Telemarketing Executive to join a small friendly team (not call centre based) My client is looking for an experienced part time Telemarketing Executive for 15 - 20 hours, flexible hours to suit you.

Your responsibilities will entail;

*Making appointments
*Gather information
*Explain the product or service to potential customers
*Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
*Handle customer questions
*Record customer details
*Receive orders over the telephone
*Input order details into the computer system

Essential Requirements:
* Must have experience of B2B telemarketing/telesales.
* Strong communication skills.
