Service Planning Administrator/Engineer

Perm Post paying £19,000 to £23,000 per annum

We now require a Planning Administrator to join our Service Team based in Coventry.

We invite applications from candidates with excellent organisational and communication skills, can demonstrate an ability to analyse information and plan working schedules effectively. The candidates must possess good problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and be able to react quickly to changes that occur in a busy engineering environment.

Planning forthcoming service schedules so that engineers are working as efficiently as possible
Contacting customers to confirm service visits and re-arrange when necessary
Managing Service Planning software
Working in conjunction with the rest of the Service Department, Stores and Sales to ensure that engineers workload is organised effectively.
Other Service Department duties as may be necessary

Hours per week 36½ per week, 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm Friday, ½ hour Lunch Break Daily
