We are pleased to assist our client with their new position within the company due to growth and expansion for an Office Administrator.

Some of the duties are to include:-
Answering incoming calls, emails and scheduling appointment and meetings. Reception duties, including answering incoming calls, emails and scheduling appointments and meetings.
Follows up on phone calls, emails and contacts as appropriate;
Walking new clients through our on-boarding processes;
Client onboarding process and checks
Assisting with enquires about any of our services;
Manage central email folder and Principle Accountants email folder.
Ensure office & clients meet all compliance requirements, including Health & Safety
Open and log the post on a daily basis
Keeping CRM system up to date with client information including name/addresses etc
Create new clients on internal software
Management and submission of confirmation statements without missing deadlines
Updates to confirmation statements (not shares) where necessary
Chasing tax returns
Supporting invoicing and chasing for late payments;
Logging of proposals
Letter writing on behalf of the team
Sending Tax year overviews and computations to clients when requested
Implementing and tracking of internal KPIs (Google reviews, client turnover etc)
Develop and implement new administrative systems/processes to drive efficiencies and automate where possible;
Assisting with other ad hoc Administration tasks and Business Development activities
Communicating with internal teams
Office Stationery ordering management
Keeping the office tidy
Assist with future recruitment
