We are currently recruiting for 20 Customer Advisors to join the Coventry University Recruitment and Admissions Team to help support prospective Students whom are looking to study at Coventry University. You will be offering a welcoming approach and informative advice around their course.
As a Customer Advisor, your main responsibilities will be:
*Offer a welcoming approach to all inbound and outbound communications with enquirers, applicants and offer holders
*Clearly articulating responses to prospects who are considering a course within the University Group.
*Have up-to-date knowledge of the university's courses and campuses, as well as support services such as the Student Services and Accommodation.
*Responsible for achieving individual targets for the key steps within the customer journey including, including contact and application rates.
*Engage effectively through telephone, instant messaging, social media, e-mail and other communications methods.
*Responsible for the tailoring of messages and delivering the highest level of customer experience, ensuring a First Contact Resolution (FCR) approach.
*Use the University's CRM to log all interactions with customers, ensuring a 1-2-1 approach is adopted and all information held is accurate and up-to-date
*Undertake administrative tasks related to the role including creation and maintenance of call records, updating customer records, adding customer notes to records, logging interactions and following up with emails.
Skills and Experience required for the role:
*Experience of working within a customer-focused environment
*Strong communication skills both verbally and written
This role is based in Ryton-on-Dunsmore outskirts of Coventry with free parking, we do provide a free bus service to and from Coventry City if required.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis 8am-8pm (1 hour for lunch) hourly rate of £11.76 per hour.
