2 Month Temporary Contract - Immediate Start
An experienced Website Administrator is required on a two month temporary contract to support one of Coventry's leading employer's Marketing Department. This will be a pivotal role providing administration support to the Website team.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Prepare agendas and take minutes at digital meetings as required. Ensure follow actions are completed to deadline.
2.Undertake general word-processing tasks
3.Collate and print a variety of documents, including correspondence, memoranda, course documentation, meeting documentation etc
4.Undertake inputting of information to a wide range of computer databases, as required.
5.Maintains diaries, arranges meetings, ensuring the appropriate facilities are booked, organises hospitality as required
6.Gathering weekly project requirements for the digital team and feeding back to line manager and Head of Digital so that workload and resource can be planned
7.Transcribing video content from footage so that transcripts can be used by the Digital team to create web copy
8.Using project boards (Microsite Planner - training will be provided) to ensure that project statuses are updated
9.Liaise with external agencies/suppliers across a range of projects, including working out logistics and delivery where appropriate
Person Specification - Essential
*Good knowledge of word-processing packages
*Good telephone manner
*Sound numeracy skills
*Attention to detail
*Ability to work in a flexible manner to meet the needs of the Digital Team
*Ability to work on own initiative whilst contributing as a member of a team
*Ability to communicate with people at all levels
*Must be able to work flexibly as and when required.
