We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Staffing Services Team leader for our prestigious client based in Coventry.

Pervious line man-management experience is essential, average team of 5.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the team to ensure the provision of a quality end to end service for the organisations temporary staffing requirements, which is delivered in line with set standards.

Line manage the team, including completion of appraisals including development plan, monitoring sickness absence, co-ordination of annual leave and managing performance/conduct issues escalating where appropriate to the Deputy TSS Manager.
