Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant, you will be providing efficient and effective administration of an extremely busy Accounts Payable team. As well as providing excellent customer service to help resolve queries in a helpful and efficient manner.

As a Finance Assistant, your main responsibilities will be:
* Processing invoices
* Matching invoices to PO's
* Resolving supplier queries by phone & email
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Processing & reconciling direct debit payments
* Preparing supplier payments for submission to the bank
* To liaise with internal and external audit as necessary


Skills and experience required:
*Previous experience working within Finance(Accounts Payable)
*Experience of working with large databases
*Excellent customer service
*Good numeracy and system skills & IT Literate

Job Details:
Monday - Friday
8.30am - 5pm
Hybrid working (Home & Office)
£11.39 p/h
3 month temporary role
