Our client is a leading Government body seeks an System Administrator

Temporary: initially 3 months.

Coventry with some travel to York (all expenses paid).

Main Duties:
Our client operates a Casework Management System (Workpro software)
"To ensure effective management and support including assuring the accuracy and consistency of data held on it
"Investigate data issues reported by users
"Carry out maintenance, testing, system/data checks, fault-finding and resolution
"Develop detailed technical specifications for the organisation's data reporting requirements
"Build and maintain standard, bespoke and ad hoc reports
"Data quality monitoring and cleansing, including performing SQL corrections where required
"Contribute to the development of system
"Contribute to the user manual and any relevant staff training guides
"Document processes for all the activities associated with administering the system

Essential Experience:

Knowledge of SQL; database architecture, software and management systems
Good knowledge of SQL 2008
SQL report writing
Experience of dealing with support contractors
Numerate and with excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Able to deal with complex issues, prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
