We are currently recruiting for a Part Time (18.5 hours per week), Support Administrator to assist the Coventry University Recruitment and Admissions (CURA) team for 3 months.

The is an essential role to contribute towards the efficient operation of the Outreach team within CURA on a day-to-day basis providing administrative support using the systems adopted by CURA to ensure the smooth flow of work in all aspects of its operation, ensuring a first-class service is provided on behalf of the central team for the Company.

Responsibilities include:

You will be involved in a wide range of tasks including;
1.General administrative support including word processing, inputting data onto spreadsheets and databases.

2.Liaising with internal and external customers by email, telephone and face to face.

3.Adding marketing, course and event information to our booking system.

4.Promoting courses and events via social media

5.Ensuring the webpages for the Outreach team are up to date and informative.

6.Sending marketing communications via email newsletters

7.Support tutors and ensuring they have the relevant information and materials to run courses and events

8.Outreach programme and event administration and management

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organised and able to prioritise workload,
IT competent and experience with data entry and learning new platforms
Be resourceful and able to work independently with a positive 'can do' attitude
