Job Description
Working as part of the Partnership Support Team, to provide a range of administrative and general resources duties

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring that all students records are uploaded into Universe in a timely fashion and students welcome packs are issued to the partners within a specified time
To support the pre-moderation process, working with the Partner Support Team to ensure all assessments are distributed to Subject Experts and External Examiners as appropriate.
Responsible for entering marks into Universe in support of examination boards and ensuring that SAB / PAB sheets are correct and available in a timely fashion.
To manage the production of results letters, certificates and transcripts for all partners in liaison with Registry.
Deal with enquiries from staff, students and external organisations, managing the inbox as appropriate.
To provide administrative support to staff involved in collaborative activities, visitors and others as appropriate to the role and spirit of the job.
Undertakes routine clerical tasks including opening and distributing mail, photocopying and arranging for printing and duplication of papers.
Contributes to arrangements for and participates in visits to the University by partners
Drafts routine items of correspondence.
Contribute to and participates in any staff development and training activities as deemed appropriate.
AND such other duties as are within the scope of the spirit of the job purpose, the title of the post and its grading.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Must possess GCSE level
Maths/English, RSA II or equivalent in word-processing or a higher education qualification.
Qualified to degree level.
Experience of administrative and office systems and procedures.
Experience of supervising staff.
Experience of working in an educational environment.
Working knowledge of Windows based applications, specifically Microsoft Office and some knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, electronic communication and electronic publishing.
Good Numeracy skills
Good knowledge of the operation of office equipment
Working knowledge of a range of computerised software.
Experience of developing IT and manual systems.

Interpersonal Skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to use own initiative.
Other Requirements
Flexibility of hours in order to provide extended office cover if required.
