Salary £20,000

One week about:
7.30am - 4pm One week Monday to Friday
9.30am - 6pm Mon - Thurs (Friday 8.30 - 5pm) the following week


The hours are flexible, for cover requirements, so flexibility is required to deviate from the one week about schedule.

Scheduler

Make and receive calls in the Hose Doctor Call Centre and manage customer accounts.

MAIN DUTIES

1.Take on site breakdowns and despatch to engineers/distributors
2.Manage specific customer accounts
3.Invoice on JDE for all work

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Take calls on the national free phone to provide coverage in line with national contracts
2.Despatch work to engineers in a timely fashion to meet customer requirements
3.Obtain paperwork within a timescale to enable invoicing
4.Obtain purchase order number to enable invoicing
5.Invoice all customer accounts in line with signed agreements
6.Manage specific accounts to meet contracts set by BDM
