Sales Administrator - Permanent - Warwick

My client based in the CV34 area of Warwick are looking to recruit a dynamic, very experienced Sales Office Administrator.

The ideal candidate must be flexible and up for a challenge as they will be implementing new processes, sales trackers etc.

Essential skills/background:

*Previous sales office experience a MUST
*Proficient in using excel, word and be generally computer literate
*Motivated, personable and able to communicate effectively at all levels

General guideline of role profile:

*Producing weekly reports on sales activity - keeping a track of the activity as it occurs
*Updating internal price lists
*Working with suppliers to identify new ones (who may be cheaper!), and keeping up to date with price & product changes
*Checking quotes prior to them being sent out, following up on quotes, assisting purchasing people with completion of the order (making sure the item we have sold to the customer is the right one and the correct price)
*Once familiar with internal systems, producing quotes for the field staff when they are time-critical

There could be an element of customer or potential customer facing work, but only if this is something that the successful candidate has an interest in and has a natural flair (this could be initially attending visits with the Sales Manager where the order is highly likely to follow).

There may be other duties that could become part of the role once the person has been established and feels comfortable in the position.

Salary dependant on experience.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8-4pm
Friday 8-3:30pm
