Part-Time Sales Administrator
Monday - Friday (30 hours per week Flexible) 8am-2pm/9am-3pm
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our long term established Engineering client, based In Coventry.
They are looking to recruit a part-time Sales Administrator.
Duties to Include:
To provide administrative support to the sales department
-liaising with customers and suppliers
-Create an order progress file
-Raising orders with approved suppliers
-Creating and sending order acknowledgements
-Invoicing & order progressing
-Liaising with service department. Other tasks include;
-Creating KPI reports
-Answering incoming calls
-General receptionist duties
-Updating invoices
Skills & Experience:
-Good communication skills and confident telephone manner
-Accurate clerical and data entry skills
-Knowledge of Sage Accounts 50, Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred
