Registry Course Administrator
£10.43 per hour
37.5 hours per week - 8:30am-5pm

We are currently looking for a Registry Course Administrator to provide professional, administrative support to the Registry office with day-to-day responsibilities and tasks.

Main duties & Responsibilities:
*You will be dealing with enquiries both by telephone and email, for both internal and external client as well as students.
*You will become an expert in the field, providing advice and making sure any failure to comply with procedures and regulations are correctly noted.
*You will deal accurately and efficiently with enquiries from staff, students and external stakeholders and liaising regularly with other staff over matters concerning course support.
*You will be providing administrative support for the development of, and changes to, courses and modules from start to finish.
*You will be carrying out accurate and secure maintenance and operation of manual and computerised student record system, including undertaking data inputting.
*You will be assisting with the management of the examination and coursework moderation process, ensuring that assessments are produced securely and completed in accordance with the timetable.
*You will be also assisting with other areas such as enrolment, inductions, and award ceremonies as required.
*You will be maintaining appropriate, secure archiving, filing and record systems in accordance with the policies.

Experience & Education
*Good standard of education up to and including 3 A-Levels or equivalent, and including GSCE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent.
*Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft computer software packages and using email and the internet in a professional capacity.
*Practical experience of working in a busy office environment.
*Demonstrable, relevant experience of administrative practices.

*Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form at all levels.
*An understanding of the requirements of providing outstanding levels of customer care.
