Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer
£21000-£27000 + commission + excellent benefits

This is a new and additional role as part of our significant expansion over the last year, to support with interim staffing roles for Coventry University Group.

thefutureworks is a division of Coventry University Enterprise Ltd and this new and exciting opportunity is working as a key team member, handling various aspects of recruiting for short and long term commercial support staff, together with co-ordinating a range of interim student frameworks, providing valuable work experience for the University's students and graduates.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1.Liaising with Coventry University management regarding temporary and long term interim staffing requirements.
2.Co-ordinating vacancy advertisements, assessing replies, contacting shortlisted applicants and prescribing suitability against job descriptions.
3.Arranging registration meetings and conducting full registration interviews, ensuring a professional candidate service to all individuals.
4.To work closely with and support the Student/Academic Frameworks co-ordinating student employment within the University and adhering to policies and procedures.
5.To work closely with all departments within both Coventry University Enterprises and the University to support and develop the opportunities available to all students and further, to understand the skills and experiences included in University programmes and courses.
6.Resource suitable candidates for assignments using various recruitment websites, invite for registration, conduct interviews and assess skills sets, update CRM system and ensure we secure correct proof and eligibility to work documents.
7.Maintain an active bank of temporary available candidates, communicating regularly to update availability ensuring an effective delivery to University for their requirements.
8.To support with managing temporary staff appointed to thefutureworks in order to achieve the overall objectives of the thefutureworks and budgets.
9.To support with collation of timesheets and necessary information to ensure smooth and accurate processing of payroll.
10.Produce reports and complete related compliance processes.

Person Specification:
1.A minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent, higher level education an advantage but not essential.
2.Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years' experience within a recruitment agency role or directly similar.
3.A knowledge of recruitment industry legislation managing temporary staff desirable.
