Salary: Grade 6: £24,294 - £32,591 per annum

Working as part of thefutureworks team, Coventry University's Employment agency, you will support the creation of strong partnerships with local and regional employers. You will also support the continuous development of thefutureworks, meeting financial and performance targets and ensuring the commercial viability of the Agency and its internal and external activities.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to contact companies to assist with the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff and to source suitable candidates. You should be able to demonstrate a strong sales and business development acumen, coupled with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of employment law in relation to the provision of temporary labour is essential.
Experience of working in a Recruitment Agency or business-to-business sales is essential, as is a qualification to degree level or equivalent.
