Thefutureworks Recruitment Agency has been established for 12 years locally in Coventry, supporting businesses throughout the region with commercial recruitment for both Temporary and Permanent commercial staff of all levels, including Finance, Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics and Engineering to name a few. In addition we support clients with recruiting for graduate opportunities due due to being part of the highly successful Coventry University Group

Following an exceptional period of sustained financial growth strong period we are currently implementing major expansion plans in to the business, which has presented an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our and well established team.

The role will be integral in supporting existing clients and the development of new commercial business. This will incorporate the full cycle of the recruitment process, building professional client relationships, account management, managing candidate attraction plans and undertaking pro-active activity to grow and develop the business. This is whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our clients and candidates, ensuring to build on the reputation of the business.

The role will incorporate managing an individual budget, setting objectives and business plans, working within the current legislation and ensuring to keep abreast of all compliance for recruitment industry.
