Temporary Receptionist and Operations Support UK

Coventry City Centre Based

Hours of Work, 08.00 - 16.30 half hour lunch Monday to Friday

Reports to:
Operations Supervisor UK

Purpose:
To be the first point of contact for company, staff and visitors, via the company's main reception desk. Manage visitors using the company's processes.
To provide administrative support for the day the day to day responsibilities of the facilities department throughout the UK; Travel desk, Fleet, Facilities and other areas of general administration within the Operations Department.
To assist the Operations Manager in areas of operations that may sit outside the responsibilities within this job specification.

Responsibilities:

Reception:

1.Manage the flow of visitors to company, by ensuring they are signed in and issued with a visitors id card
2.Manage the validation of car park tickets for eligible staff/visitors
3.Access control - management of access card allocation
4.Ensuring adequate records are maintained for the above
5.Managing incoming telephone calls for company and dealing with general enquiries
6.Managing new starters in conjunction with the company's on boarding process
7.Manage Business Card Orders
8.Support in Conference/Room Booking and provision of refreshments
9.Manage Courier Requests
10.Manage the reporting of Cleaning & Maintenance issues

Qualifications and Experience

1.Relevant experience within a similar role
2.Customer service experience essential
3.First Aid trained preferred but not essential
4.Competent in use of Microsoft applications, ECDL qualification preferred but not mandatory
