Temporary Project Officer: Covering a two year Project.

Main duties:
"trials coordination: Liaising with other consortium members and Council staff to ensure arrangements and communication channels are in place to support the undertaking of trials on the public highway, including working with press/comms offices around publicity for these if appropriate
"Recruitment of volunteers to partake in the trials (where relevant to the use case and trial scenario) from within consortium member's own organisations and those of target major organisations within the city with which it is agreed the consortium would wish to engage with
"Tracking and chasing up of relevant actions against the Council
"Attending various project/work package meetings and coordinating across these for the Council, ensuring dissemination of relevant information to the relevant local authority partners
"Responding to public enquiries, maintaining current comms information (press releases, website content) producing briefing notes and tracking actual and potential publicity/conference/presentation opportunities
"Financial tracking of budget - actual & forecast against budget and working with a Financial and QA admin team members to ensure accurate and current information and records at all times
