We are currently recruiting for a Project Officer to co-ordinate and plan the Recruitment and On-boarding of new staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced growing organisation based in central Coventry.

Responsibilities will include:

* Co-ordinate and plan the recruitment and on-boarding of new staff ensuring HR policies are followed.
* Ensure the recruitment project is on track for completion and within budget.
* Provide support for a range of strategic projects and development initiatives.
* Undertake project management duties on specific projects .
* Undertake background research and data collection, manage project group meetings, note actions and timelines, identify activity streams and provide follow up reports.
* Exercise judgement and independence regarding written or oral requests for information/consultation, including independently handling issues that may arise.
* Contribute to key strategic and other initiatives by managing the organisation of task/finish groups and act as "secretary" to such groups producing comprehensive minutes and action plans.
* Foster an environment of continuous improvement, reviewing and updating working practices to reflect the needs of the business, and maintain and deliver to the highest possible standards.

This role will be suited to a highly organised individual, with the ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail. Great communication skills both verbally and written are essential.

Previous experience working in a Project/PA role would be desirable along with any previous HR experience.

Located Centrally, easily accessed by major bus and train routes.
