Production Controller

This is a key role within the business and will be based at the Coventry manufacturing facility, the successful candidate will be reporting to Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· To ensure that the material planning is understood and in control at all times.

· To ensure that manufacturing schedules are updated to the established time line.

· To prepare and deliver customer delivery dates for new and existing orders through consultation with Purchasing, Design and manufacturing.

· To communicate with sales team and customers on the progress of orders in a courteous, accurate and timely manner.

· To prepare and maintain the forward order book and despatch reports.

· To ensure that all required Transport is booked and confirmed for all major customers in line with agreed collection dates.

Evaluate and prioritize urgency of Planning issues.
Understand, implement, and communicate standards and requirements, within the organization.
Integrate customer expectations into the operations of all supporting facilities, both domestically and internationally.
