Part-time Sales Adminsistrator
England, West Midlands, Coventry - £9,360 per annum

£9360 per annum

Part time maternity cover position. 9 months. Hours of work either 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. or
8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Days flexible. Preference Wednesday to Friday.

Preferably able to cover for periods of holiday (advanced notice given)

Working as part of a small team (3 office based, 2 warehouse based, 1 Driver)

Functional responsibilities

*Make proactive follow up sales calls from information found on lead generation database

*To handle daily incoming sales enquiries in a professional and competent manner.

*Process routine documentation i.e. sales orders, repair orders, works orders, test certificates whilst using the Sage computer system

*Liaise with members of the team, the wider team, external customers and suppliers.

*Providing support and assistance to the team

*Assisting in stock takes including documentation and reports.

.*To provide administrative support to the business.

*Assist with the trade counter sales and support.

*To provide general office and clerical services including photocopying, collecting and distributing post, filing, word processing etc...

*Assisting the Admin support team with end of month reports.

*To undertake any other duties appropriate to the post.
