Operations Administrator
USA, Rhode Island, Coventry - £11.00 per hour

Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Administrator to assist in supporting a small team in the Operations and Finance Department within a large City centre organisation.
The responsibilities are to ensure operational activities run smoothly and efficiently across the professional and academic areas of the campus and promote professionalism by maintaining good relationships.

This can include, but not limited to, maintaining financial records using an in-house system.
Process requisitions, purchase orders and invoices ensuring all financial procedures are adhered to
Carrying out audits of IT equipment
Processing of recruitment requests, tracking and providing admin support to recruitment managers.
Process requests in relation to internal room bookings, building issues, access control and furniture moves.
Provide support to the timetabling function and assist during the enrolment period.

The role is initially until the end of March however this could be extended for the right applicant and potentially could be a permanent position.

Person Specification.

Are you quick to learn and able to hit the ground running with lots of initiative and common sense?
Are you organised, flexible, reliable and works well within a small team?
Do you have effective administrative and technical experience.
If you can demonstrate experience of liaising/negotiating with a range of internal/external customers which include suppliers, academic and professional staff.
Experience of MS office packages.
