Office Manager/Accounts Administrator
My client is a fast growing company with a 3.5m turnover.They design and build world-leading, special-purpose machine tools. Located on the south-west side of Coventry (close to Warwick University) in brand new premises.
We are looking for a full time, permanent multi-talented Office Manager/Accounts Administrator to join their small hard-working team.
Your role will be pivotal in the running of a successful business and will include helping to improve office systems, supporting engineers, and all other aspects of running a busy office.
This role could suit you if you have office/accounts experience but are looking for a new challenging role, or if you are a graduate with some commercial experience.
Above all, a good business head and the aptitude to drive profitability is essential.
The role includes:
- Computer-based accounts and payroll (training / support for our in house system will be given)
- Management of Import and Export activities
- Arranging and assisting with customer visits
- Management of spare parts system
- Office supplies and supplier management
- All other tasks required to successfully run a busy office
Your talents should include:
- A good understanding of book keeping/accounts
- A high level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong data management and numeracy skills
- A drive to be involved in the running of a successful profitable business
- A highly-organised and tidy work style
- A proactive approach to a wide variety of tasks
- A willingness to learn new skills
Benefits:
A competitive package of £30 - £40 k depending on experience. This will include:
- Competitive basic salary (£25 - 35 k depending on experience)
