Marketing Executive (Full-time, 6 Month Temporary Contract)

£20,000 PER ANNUM

Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team based at our Head Office, Rugby for up to 6 months! This position will support the Marketing Manager in the execution of the UK traditional marketing communication plan, across both B2C and B2B markets, whilst working alongside the New Media team to ensure a consistent approach. You'll have a proven track record and keen interest in Marketing. You will be able to demonstrate innovation, a passion for branding, as well as a natural flair for internal and external communication. You will be a self-motivated and driven individual who sees this as a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow your Marketing career.

Key Performance Indicators:
"Printed Literature Development and Execution - Supporting in the development and execution of all printed literature in line with the Marketing Strategy.
"Media Planning and Execution - Supporting in the development and execution of a comprehensive media plan in line with the Marketing Strategy.
"Point of Sale & Merchandising and packaging solutions development and execution - Supporting in the development and management of the POS suite and merchandising solutions in line with the Marketing Strategy.
"Event management - Supporting in the development of the creative concepts for events and managing the execution of this in line with the Marketing Strategy.
Ensuring all marketing activity adheres to the brand guidelines, is consistent and relevant to the target audience.
"Supporting the wider marketing team - Provide support to the wider marketing team where necessary/appropriate.

Experience/Qualifications:
"Previous Marketing experience is not essential but as a minimum a Marketing Qualification is required.
"Level 2 Literacy and numeracy or equivalent.
"Level 2 Microsoft applications or equivalent.
"An appreciation of effective marketing communications plans both on- and off-line.
"Working knowledge of the design and production process, for traditional and new media channels.
"Experience in working successfully with third party suppliers/agencies.
"Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
"An appreciation for creative design and the creative process.
