Marketing Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)

Our client seeks an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator - (Maternity Cover - Minimum Six Months)


To provide assistance and support to the Acting Head of Marketing (Food) and Marketing Manager (Food) in all aspects of developing, planning and delivering agreed marketing plans and campaigns for the Food trading groups, with the aim of supporting the overall strategic aims of the business in a way which maximises marketing ROI.

However, occasionally situations may arise that require the post holder to perform other duties or tasks as may be reasonably requested .

Key Responsibilities
The post holder shall:
"Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to initiate, plan and deliver marketing campaigns to planned budgets and timelines, to encompass Food Supermarket, Convenience, Premium, Best of our Counties and marketing plans.
"Provide support with planning, implementing and communicating marketing campaigns/initiatives with clear objectives which assist in successfully delivering strategic marketing goals.
"Manage and co-ordinate production of all marketing collateral (including online, offline and social media assets) using internal media platforms and external agencies as appropriate.
"Manage and co-ordinate all campaign production, from preparing initial marketing briefs to obtaining final sign off, preparing internal comms and co-ordinating campaign distribution to Food sites as appropriate
"Co-ordinate the integration of all existing Food and Funeral marketing collateral onto marketing media platforms and marketing asset libraries.
"Develop and maintain marketing and campaign toolkits for both Food and Funeral, creating appropriate marketing and campaign asset libraries as necessary.
"Work with CRM analysts and Email Marketing Specialist on data segmentation and targeting to support marketing campaign objectives and wider CRM strategy for Food and Funeral.
"Assist Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in preparing marketing budgets to support Food and Funeral's wider marketing strategy, and monitor, report and assist in controlling actual spend against budgets.
"Co-ordinate and implement processes to evaluate performance and results of marketing campaigns/initiatives to ensure continuous improvement to campaign metrics and measurement of ROI.
"Build and manage good working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to gain buy in to marketing initiatives and successfully manage expectations.
"Provide administration support to the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and team as required.
"Be responsible for providing excellent customer service to meet or exceed targeted CLI.
"Be responsible for ensuring Marketing services meets its agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
"Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.
