Full time - Mandarin Speaking Property Sales Agent
Salary - £21,401 - £27,822 + potential up to 20% sales bonus
Our client is is growing its student accommodation and commercial lettings provision across the City and is now looking for a Mandarin speaking Property Sales Agents to support the growth of students from the Far East, and supporting our Education Agents in South East Asia.
Ensuring a high quality level of customer focussed service at all times, you will provide a day-to-day service for the letting of private and commercial residential property within a fast paced environment. This will include negotiating and securing new property business opportunities, ability to meet activity and revenue targets and working with the Marketing Administrator to translate and promote marketing material.
You will be responding to and converting sales enquires by carrying out property viewings with prospective tenants, within the region of Coventry and Warwickshire, showing them a variety of properties.
You will be responsible for carrying out property inspections, highlighting any breaches of contract or health and safety issues.
A recent graduate, or educated to A level or equivalent, you will have experience of working in higher education or a letting agency environment. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and have the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. You should be able to effectively negotiate to achieve the most appropriate outcome whilst managing conflict effectively.
You should be an excellent communicator and competent in the use of all Microsoft Office packages.
Fluent in written & orally in Mandarin.
