Our client seeks. 3 Experienced Maintenance Engineer

REPORTING TO:Maintenance Manager


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Support an automotive based production facility and by working as part of a team ensure manufacturing maximises its output

*Compliance with health & safety during all activities is required at all times

*Record and report all work incurred through CMMS

*Conduct PPM schedules and safety checks as required

*Minimise production down time and attend machine failures promptly

*Support cross function improvement teams

*Promote and implement own improvement ideas

SKILLS

Multi skilled maintenance engineer formally qualified in mechanical and electrical disciplines. Knowledge of electrics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics. ONC/HNC qualified.
Specific training preferences:- presswork, robotics (Fanuc), Robotic / projection welding, H&S, COSHH, ISO14001, PLC programming knowledge, transfer and progression press knowledge.

Dedicated maintenance professional who has an understanding of the automotive requirements. Self motivated achiever. Equally comfortable working alone or as part of a team. Demonstrates flexibility in supporting manufacturing requirements.

Salary & Benefits
The position attracts a salary of £32500
Three shift pattern, Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm, 3pm-12am, 12am-7am. (Nights starts on Sunday)
Shift allowance 20% afternoons, 33.3% nights.
