Logistic Administrator
England, West Midlands, Coventry - £20,000 - £23,000 per annum

Having been in business for over a 100 years, operating in over 100 countries with more than 700 direct distributors, Our client, a world renown brand are looking to expand their Coventry depot with a logistics administrator.

The Job role:

The pivotal role of Logistics administrator will provide support over inputting and processing of sales order, invoicing and raising purchase orders with clients providing impeccable levels of customer satisfaction through the logistics department.

The Key Duties:

-Order process finished and complete goods and relevant accessories
-Receiving and cross referencing customer orders, uploading sales orders onto an internal systems, simultaneously coordinating delivery requirements
-General Telephony duties, dealing with queries in an efficient & polite manner
-Handling delivery queries for customer orders via multi-distribution channels
-Submitting deliveries into carriers and transport contractors IT systems, producing dispatch documents and appropriate labels
-Daily invoicing of Sales Orders
-Preparation of quotations and relevant information to support Sales Team
-Supporting Sales team with up to date product information, statistics and stock levels
-Basic office administrative duties including filing, sales brochures, customer installation packages
-Allocating equipment as per customer specification sheet, liaising with installation engineer to ensure agreed SLA's and delivery needs are met.
-Obtaining written confirmation of any remaining equipment to be uplifted and returned
-Notifying stock controller of any equipment that needs to uplifted to enable control of all returned equipment
-Arranging transport to site for the any new equipment and any equipment to be uplifted
-Prepare accurate picking lists for warehouse team within given lead times
-Stock Overview and accurate list of goods to prepared on a weekly basis

Your Skills & Experience:

-Experience Sales or Logistics Administrator/Support
-Intermediate knowledge of Word & Excel
-Strong administrative skills
-Experience of working in a sale environment involved in capital equipment
-Experience at CRM database maintenance desirable
