Inbound/Outbound Advisor required! Start date 4 August 2014
Role will be temporary for 12 weeks with a view to a permanent contract dependant on performance
Our client is based within the Stoke area of Coventry in prestigious surroundings.
We are looking to recruit people with first class customer service skills with the ability to upsell on company products.
You will receive inbound service calls on behalf of a leading UK automotive dealership - booking in calls from their retail customers.
Ideally you will have the confidence and experience to upsell ancillary products to customers where it is beneficial to do so
On occasions you will make outbound calls as required for Customer Profiling and Campaigns.
Hours of contact centre: 7.30am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours a week different shifts) and 8:30am-12:30pm Saturday (you will not work every Saturday).
