A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading, family run soft furnishings company based in Coventry. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic In-Home & In-Store Retail Sales Advisor to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
*Initiate sales conversations with customers who will seek your experience to help to coordinate their room schemes from the extensive ranges of made to measure curtains, blinds, carpets and wallpapers
*Visiting customer's homes you will offer the same expert advice on products that will suit their needs as well as measuring up for creating personalised quotes
*Occasionally troubleshoot products within customer's homes
*Advising products and coordinating room schemes
*Maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers
*Be involved in all aspects of the customer's order from beginning to end
The Person:
*Ideally have 2+ years proven previous retail sales experience
*An interest in home and interior design would be advantageous
*Be able to demonstrate high literacy & numeracy skills
*Strong, outgoing personality with a desire to interact with customers
*Professional, clear and polite oral & written communication
*Put the customer at the centre of the job and always provide excellent customer service
*Full UK Driving License is essential
Package Details:
*Salary: £20,160
*37.5 hours per week
*Staff discounts after 3 months
*Public bank holidays off
*10 days off during Christmas closure period (approximately)
