3 Month Temporary Contract

An experienced, CIPD qualified HR Advisor is required for an immediate start to join one of Coventry's leading employers on a three month temporary. As HR Advisor you will lead and support managers in all areas of case management while supporting the Senior HR Business Partner with a key change management project.

Key responsibilities include:

*Take the lead on all ER case management for the division, from sickness absence to grievances working closely with the service centre. Aiming to resolve first time or progress to the HR Business Partner where appropriate.

*Support the Senior HR Business Partner will a key project to implement a key business change, ensuring a smooth transition and successful completion within the time frame set.

*Support the division with the recruitment, induction and training of staff at all levels.

*Coach all line managers and employees on all significant HR Policies and procedures, including supporting managers with performance management ensuring a high performance culture is achieved.

*Support the Senior HR Business Partner with future people planning in place including staff development and recruitment plans.

Experience & Skills required:

You will be CIPD/ Degree qualified with significant demonstrable HR experience working within a shared services model. Vast knowledge of key HR policies, experience leading on complex case management and previous experience of supporting an organisational change are essential for this role.

You will have a customer focused approach to HR with the ability to build strong relationships quickly with all levels of staff. Confident to act on your own within guidelines while working as part of a wider team, you will operate with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Excellent organisational and IT skills, you will have strong analytical skills to record, analyse and present data.
