Finance Administrator
England, West Midlands, Coventry - £19,000 - £20,000 per annum

Our client is a very busy lettings agency based within the city centre of Coventry

Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Administrator

The ideal candidate must be outgoing, bright and enthusiastic and above all - flexible.

Admin:

you will be managing the utility bills and council tax to ensure the company does not incur unnecessary costs.

You will be responsible for managing the deposit protection process and ensuring that rent due is paid on time and that due process is followed to recover outstanding monies when necessary.

You will have full control for the daily post - both in and out as well as general admin and filing.

Finance:

Preparation of accounts for various associated companies
VAT preparation
CIS payments
Day to day cash and bank functions
Petty Cash handling
Processing and payment of employee expenses
Montly credit/debit card reconciliations
Dealing with customer and supplier queries
Ad hoc finance reports and investigations
Internal stationary ordering and stock control

You must posess excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with people at various levels.

You must be able to drive and ideally own your own transport as some site visits may be required within the Coventry area.

Salary - 18-20k depending on experience.
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Hours: 9:30am-6pm Monday to Friday hour for lunch
Some weekend working will be required during busy times ( overtime or time off in lieu
