This opportunity is ideal for an entry level role or moving in to an administrative function, and has materialised due to an internal promotion.
The position is working as part of a dedicated team, controlling documents required by the company's clients in accordance with procedures.
- Progressing chasing documents and liaising with clients for information as required
- Updating database records
- Maintaining general filing systems
- Photocopying/scanning records and compiling document packs
- Assisting with stationery stock, producing orders and adhoc reception support
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Administration experience desirable
