England, West Midlands, Coventry - £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Description:
Due to ongoing expansion, a Digital Account Executive is required for one the UK's largest specialised digital organisations working with key accounts including world's leading manufacturers.

The package on offer is up to £20,000 plus excellent benefits depending on experience.

The Role:
As Digital Account executive you will act as main point of contact for customers, supporting an Account Manager/Director management of a portfolio of our automotive customers.

You will pro-actively contact clients advising on their digital marketing strategy, focusing on their Internet presence and use of a digital platform, promoting new products that align with the client's business objectives. Delivering monthly reports to Key stakeholders you will consult with them on ways to improve the performance of their digital marketing solution. You will utilise your knowledge of the client's current suite of products, along with your knowledge of the latest industry activities to ensure maximum customer value and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively contact clients to offering advice on how to improve the performance of their digital marketing suite.
* Provide a consultative service advising on best practices relating to their digital marketing strategy, quoting for feature upgrades to enhance the dealer's digital marketing strategy.
* Working with the Sales Team on new opportunities as well as on re-contracting and repackaging opportunities, including obtaining new digital advertising sales.
* Review reports and provide analysis on a monthly basis, including quarterly reviews with clients to ensure patterns are identified and trends are communicated.
* Identify opportunities for improvement with SEM, SEO, website layout and functionality, lead generation opportunities, etc.

A minimum of one year hands on experience in a Customer Service/ Marketing role is essential for this role. A proven track record in account management/ sales background, you will be commercially astute and strategically forward thinking. You will be confident and articulate, with the ability to understand clients' needs and create practical solutions. You must have excellent organisation and communication skills and a keen Interest in new developments in the digital market.
