Customer Service Advisor
Coventry City Centre
£8.50 per hour
37.5 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 including weekends.

Please note that during our business critical period, from mid-August to end of September there will be no opportunity to take any annual leave.

You will be working in a busy fast paced environment, answering incoming calls from customers with enquiries and questions related to FutureLets accommodation. You will be motivated, positive and proactive with an enthusiastic approach working various shift patterns between the hours of 8am and 6pm, 5 days over 7 including weekends.
You will be dealing with company stakeholders to include; students, parents, landlords, university staff and contractors from all nationalities and backgrounds, being able to adapt is essential.

Main duties:
-Providing exceptional level of customer service, working to company protocol and Data Protection.
-Working towards KPIs, SLAs and any other targets given on the day-to-day basis.
-Manage and resolve customer complaints within a designated timescale.
-You will be processing orders, forms and applications from customers over the phone.
-Document all call information according to company's procedures, also making sure any messages left by customers are answered on the same day where applicable.
-Demonstrate flexible approach to changes in the working practices and procedures.

The candidate:
-Experience of providing excellent customer care is essential.
-Competent in Microsoft Office Packages.
-Experience of using databases and spreadsheets.
-Accurate and able to meet deadlines working under extreme pressure.
-Clear, professional telephone and face-to-face manner.
-A proactive ''can do'' attitude.
