We are currently looking for four motivated individuals to join Coventry University and our ever expanding team as a Customer Service Advisors. You will be answering inbound calls on the day to day basis with enquiries from students, parents or external stakeholders and providing excellent customer care by answering those appropriately and in a timely manner.

Main duties:
-Answering all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
-Providing a consistently high level of service whilst adhering to the policies and procedures.
-Assisting with any enquiries and answering those appropriately and in a timely manner.
-Maintain a mailbox and answer any emails in a timely manner.

The candidate:
-You must be excellent at building rapport and relationships.
-Team working is a must along with delivering world class customer service.
-You must be IT literate and confident with Microsoft Office packages.
-Always giving priority to customer service with a ''can do'' attitude.
-Be able to quickly evidence your flexibility and adaptability in serving the customer to an excellent standard through different service channels.
