I am currently looking to recruit a brand new opportunity for a world renowned name based in Coventry, working within a smaller, niche division of this huge organisation.

Job Aims:

-To support the General Managers in all aspects of the sales and distribution business, in particular in reporting and administration.
-To support the General Manager to improve the communication and reporting across the business division, supporting them with some daily organisational tasks including reporting, budgeting, event planning.
-To support the Operations Manager in daily business.
-To support the Senior Sales Manager in coordinating the sales activities

Key Responsibilities

-Support for the General Manager: The activities are varied and include coordinating the weekly and monthly reporting between Germany and Coventry, including sales, stock and financial transactions. Considerable involvement in coordinating the budget and the relevant reporting and control of this. Support in the daily activities such as travel arrangements, calendar coordination and events such as international trade fairs and sales meetings.

-Office support: To support the Operations Manager in office administration including finance related tasks, audit assistance, adhoc reports and tasks, ISO quality objective reviews, monitoring costs and documentation maintenance.

-Sales support: To assist the Senior Sales Manager in coordinating the sales team and the resulting actions, the tasks overlap with those detailed in supporting the General Manager.

-Databases: To be maintained and Reporting in SAP required

-Contracting: To support Commercial Team with deal administration and the issuing / signing of contracts.

-Research: To undertake research projects on programme and market information where required by the General Manager

Skills & Knowledge:

A highly organised and flexible approach to work, including the ability to prioritise workload and identify key issues and objectives.
*Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word; Excel; Powerpoint; Lotus Notes and SAP
*Interpersonal skills: Team working, communication, written and verbal, excellent English language and an interest to communicate internationally.
*A genuine interest in the range of genre content, including flexibility
A basic understanding of the commercial business and distribution would be advantageous
