England, West Midlands, Coventry - £11.00 per hour

Posted: 18/07/14

Description:
Our client is seeking a temporary person, paying upto £11.28 per hour.

37.5 week Monday to Friday office based hours.

Working for the Corporate Development Director, who has responsibility for Marketing, PR and is also trying to streamline the sales process.

In essence the person will be:-

"Validating the data on our CRM tool
oThis is where all the leads/ progress of deals etc are recorded this information is used to provide reports to our Group Head Office, forecast sales, forecast potential revenue etc so it is important it is correct, it may also mean making some recommendations on how this tool could work more appropriately/ effectively

"Analysis of the inputs and outputs from the sales process (ie information flow in, time taken, volume etc and what that results in as an output)
oTo do this properly will mean interfacing with virtually every department in the business at all levels to gather information to determine what our process is. You will need to ask lots of questions, challenge why things are done in the way they are and ensure they get a good understanding of blockages

"On boarding new customers into the organisation
oOnce we have a sale how do we communicate with the customer deliver the vehicle, ensure billing and all finance information is set up appropriately, ensure drivers are familiar with the vehicles, etc. What do we do and what could we do.

"Once the above has been completed benchmarking our sales process and the time taken from deal initial interest to signing and identify areas for improvement.

"Fully understand the major bid process and differences/ similarities from the normal sales process.
oThe process above is mainly for sales of up to 10 vehicles in any one go (there will be exceptions to this) so how does this process differ from a major bid which would be 11+ vehicles.

"Understand and map the process from Deal Identification , signing and implementation.
