We are currently recruiting an experienced, driven Business Development based within the Higher Education Sector on temporary contract for at least minimum of 3 months.
As a Business Development your main responsibilities will be:
*Create and maintain a network of positive relationships to support business objectives
*Stakeholder engagement to achieve consensus and positive actions, negotiation, influencing and enabling skills necessary to ensure priorities are met
*Employer development work to source UK based or virtual year-long placements/extended masters opportunities with focus on Business and Law industries
*Global business development linking with TNE partners to identify placement opportunities and reconnecting with global alumni to help generate graduate vacancies/placements
*Looking to plan and scope out key events linked to the BD with the Chamber and other stakeholders
*Participate in the Talent Mentoring scheme (including mentors from diverse and global backgrounds)
*Lead generating
Skills and experience required for the role:
*Previous Business Development experience
*Project planning, implementation and evaluation skills
*Strong influencing skills
*Understanding of labour market and international market
*Effective communication skills
*The ability to develop sustainable networks and productive relationships with external clients that result in new business
*Organised
*Team Player
Hours/Salary:
Full Time Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
