This opportunity is ideal for an entry level role with experience within a moving an administrative/clerical function, and has materialised due to an internal promotion.
The position is working as part of a dedicated team, controlling documents required by the company's clients in accordance with procedures.
- Progressing chasing documents and liaising with clients for information as required
- Updating database records
- Maintaining general filing systems
- Photocopying/scanning records and compiling document packs
- Assisting with stationery stock, producing orders and adhoc reception support
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Administration experience desirable
