£21,669 per annum

We are currently looking for two motivated self-starters to join and contribute to the effective operation of the Business Performance, Improvement and Customer Care (BPICC) department by providing project and administrative support.

Main duties:
- Assisting and support on business improvements initiatives and projects across all business areas, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products and projects.
- Proactively take ownership on small scale projects as required to ensure successful delivery.
- Responsible for highlighting risks or issues that may impact on project progress and suggesting solutions to issues raised.
- Maintain and update important documents such as complaints database, project plans and Quality Management System documents.
- To support the production of research and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the BPICC department including, arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders, note taking, ensuring actions are recorded and distributed and managing departmental emails and calendars.

The Candidate:
- Experience of relevant administrative processes or project support is essential.
- Experience of document management experience as well as excellent written and oral communication.
- Liaising/negotiating with a range of internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, lead small projects and to demonstrate initiative.
- Must have the ability to adapt and take-on additional tasks as requested.
