Temp Administrative Assistant until 2nd September 2016
£9.89 per hour, plus £1.19 holiday pay
Near to Coventry City Centre
35 hour office based hours, Monday to Friday.



PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The post holder will: provide administrative support to the Intake Team.
The role is a flexible one, which requires the jobholder to undertake a range of duties to assist the case handling process.


MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOBHOLDER
To support the Intake Team with ad-hoc (non advice giving) administrative duties to include, but not limited to, the following:
"Scanning of case work related material.
"Ensure accurate document recording and referencing on the casework management system (CMS).
"Liaise with Earlsdon Park mail service providers as necessary.
"Open incoming post and determine where it needs to be directed within the organisation and distribute accordingly.
"Create and maintain records of mail volumes.
"Maintain mail archives in line with data security / retention policies.
"With guidance from Intake staff, use the Complaints Management System (CMS) generate correspondence and ensure accurate recording on the CMS in accordance with published guidelines.
"Personally comply with the Commission's Information Security Policy and the Equality and Diversity Policy.
