Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Administration and Project Officer to join our client based in Coventry.
The role will include:
*Assist and support on business improvement initiatives and projects and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products and projects
*Proactively takes ownership on small scale projects as required to ensure successful delivery
*Coordinates and monitors business improvement initiatives. Ensures all key stakeholders are provided with regular updates
* Responsible for highlighting risks or issues that may impact on project progress and suggesting solutions to issues raised
*Maintain and update important documents such as complaints database, project plans and Quality Management System (QMS) documents
The ideal candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft ideally with Project Support experience.
Based centrally therefore easily accessed by major bus and train routes.
